4. Professional recruitment and selection of staff. Methods of structured interviews and analysis of competencies of the candidate.
5. Integration of new employees into the organization. Adaptation and mentoring.
6. Building a system of personnel training and development, and the formation of a learning organization. How is the professional growth?
7. Standardization of staff. Corporate Book standards.
